Deep casserole 3-ply
- Lid with integrated straining holes for easy draining
- Handles stay cool while cooking
- Matte stainless steel interior with clear measurement markings
SPECIFICATIONS
With a capacity of two litres, this stainless steel pot is ideal for cooking smaller quantities of vegetables or potatoes, for example. The unique silicone ring in the lid ensures that it stays firmly in place during cooking and that condensation is drained from the pan via the recess on the side.
Another advantage: thanks to this recess, pouring is even easier. Because the handles only make contact with the pan at two small points, they heat up much more slowly.

No, if you place the pan in the middle of the correct heat source, the handle will not get hot. This is because they only make contact with the pan at two small points. If you use the pan correctly (in the middle of the correct heat source), you can grab them without a pot holder. Perhaps stating the obvious: if you place the pan in the oven, the handle will, of course, get hot.
Yes, absolutely! However, it is best to dry the pans with a soft cloth immediately after the program is finished to prevent streaks or water spots. The glass lids can also be put in the dishwasher without any problems.
You do this by using wooden or silicone spatulas. If you use a knife, fork, whisk, or other (sharp) metal object, this can cause additional scratches. Besides being a shame, this has no further impact on the pan's use. Good to know: even with daily use, (small) scratches will appear on the pan.
Spots on the bottom can appear after every use (even the first use). It is often limescale or deposits from other minerals. The latter comes from starch, for example, from potatoes or pasta. The limescale depends on the hardness of the water. Our 3-ply pans conduct heat very well. This actually creates the 'perfect' conditions for limescale to deposit on the bottom. Fortunately, you can easily remove such stains with a soft cloth and some vinegar.
Yes, you can, but please be aware that the silicone ring will dry out faster and may break. Make sure the oven temperature does not exceed 250 degrees Celsius.
